CRICKET.
Mi; Manning, Secretary of the Hamilton Cricket Association, has received a letter from the Tararu Cricket Club (the crack Thames team) saying they intend visiting the Waikato. They will arrive in Hamilton on Boxing-day and put up at the Waikato Hotel. Fixtures will be arranged with the various Waikato clubs. The following will represent the Arawas in their match against Slade's this afternoon :—Piatt, Manning, Manor), Bartou, junr., Spilltnan, Holloway, L. Rolliusou, Ross, Deau and Watson. Emergencies : Hammond, G. Rollinson and O'Neill. The following will represent Sladcs':—F. W. Browning (capt.), C. Speight, F. Campbell, C. Matthew, H. and F. Johnson, S. Moacuem, Geo. Mayes, F. Windsor, F. Hill and VV. King. Emergeucis :R. Peat and G. Dodd.
