CONSOLATION RACE, 6 furlongs ; Ist horse, £3. CONDITIONS. All races to be run under A.R.C. rules, except r>ice 5. All disputes to be decided by the Slewards, whose decision shall be final in all cases. No protests will be entertained unless accompanied with one sovereign, and lodged with the Secretary within 10 minutes after race, the deposit being forfeited if protest is not sustained. All nominations, stating performances and pedigree, must be accompanied with the neccsjary cash, and be lodged with the Secretary not later than 7 p.m. on 7th December. Winner of Whatawhata Handicap to carry 101 b. extra, Six furlongs. Entrance, 6". CONDITIONS. All races to be run under the Auckland Racing Club's Rules. All disputes to be decided by the Stewards, whose decision will be final. Every protest to be accompanied by lsov., which will be forfeited if the protest be not sustained. All entries to give age, pedigree and performances of horse, with colours of rider. No nomination or acceptance will be received unless accompanied by the necessary amount in cash. NOMINATIONS and ENTRIES for all events will close with the Secretary at Whatawhata or Hamilton on December 15th. WEIGHTS will appear in The Wai kato Argus on or about TUESDAY, December 19th.
