It is understood that the jury were all in favour cf acquittal but one, acd under the circumstances nolle prosequi will probably be en'ercd. The charge of murder against Wolfe is also unliki ly to be he.ird this session. The man is too weak to appear and ,-sn application has been made to postpone the tri.il till next nit nth. it will depend on judical engagements whether this i 3 done or tliec.se allowed to stand over till next session.
