At a previous sitting the ease wis argued. His Honor disnvsscd the appeal with costs £lO 10s. Under the Law Practitioners Act, and re Chas. Edward Madden, solicitor, Mr Campbell appealed in suppoit of a motion to make absolute a rule nisi to ftrike Madden off the .Supreme Court id'. His Honor faid he would refer the matter to the Court of Appeal.
