BRITISH TRADE SECURED. (BY TBLEGBA.ni—PRESS ASSOCIATION). "WELLINGTON, Last Night. Detoty Goverxob Stout has received a connnuuica'ion from the Imperial authorities to the effect that trade with Samoa will he maintained as provider] hy the convention between Britain and Germany iu 1866. This extends to the new agreement, which puts British trade on the same footing as that of Germany.
