FIRE AT ROTORUA.

(11Y TELEGRAPH.—OWN CORRESPONDENT). Rotokua, Friday. A fire occurred about eight o'clock last night, by which a cottage owned by T. J. Robinson, opposite Windsor House, occupied by a man named Gallagher, an employee of the Town Board, was totally destroyed. The origin of the fire is unknown, but it is supposed to have started in the vicinity of the chimney, which was an iron one. Gallager was absent at the time and lost all his belongings. After cooking tea he saw everything was safe. There are no insurances.
