(BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH. COPYRIGHT). (Received September 1, 9.10 a.m.) Sydney, September 1. The Labour party has deoided by 10 to 9 to support the Government in the no-coufidence division. The debate has been adjourned. A division is expected on Wednesday or Thursday. The Government estimated majority varies from 8 to 13.
