Concert.—There has been no kind of amusement here for some time past, so that the concert and variety entertainment to be givt n'h.re to-m now ("siday) evening next by the Tui Minstrels is most opportune. Hapiunna, the father of the Kev. la: mona Hapimaua, (lied at the Fourewa Mission Station white on a visit to son. The deceased's '-ody was taken In.m there on Tuesday for interment at bis own piace at Kotorua. The well-known (in this district) old man Tahuna, of Kopua, also died after a short illnes. He was one of the old age pensioners. A considerable number of natives from the surrounding districts were present at both tangis.—(Own Conespondent).
