Firth, a cyclist, who was fatally injured by a collision with liia horse in Ponsonby road was discharged, the Magistrate holding that Firth was equally to blame with the accused. The horse and cyclist met near the centre of the road and neither gave way. The S.M. said he could not think that to " keep to the lefc " meant that a rider or driver must be on the left side of a line drawn down the cautre of the road.
