Notice is hereby given that the Piako County Council have resolved to make a SPECIAL ANNUALLY RECURRING RATE of ONE-TENTH OF A PENNY I'EE pound upon the rateable value of the rateable property in the Riding of TaoUoroa for the purpose of meeting interest and annual charges upon the inscribed debt of the late Taotaoroa Road Board (now dissolved and the District merged in the County), and notice is hereby further given that the resolution to that effect adopted at Special Meeting of the Council on 16th June, 1899, will be confirmed at a meeting of the Council to be held in the County Chambers, Morrinsville, on Friday, the 21st day of July, 1899, at 12 o'clock noon, and that a copy of the Special Order to be constituted by the said resolution to be confirmed as aforesaid is now deposited in the County Office, Te Aroha, and is open to the inspection of the public during office hoars, and that the said Special Order is to take effect and the first yearly payment of the said rate is to be made on the Ist day of August, 1899.
