COURT OF ARBITRATION* [united press association.] (by electric telegraph—copyright). Amsterdam, July 4. A committee of the Peace Conference sitting at The Hague has adopted the French proposal that it will be the duty of neutral nations to remind disputants of the Permanent Court of Arbitration on the eve of conflict.
