(by telegraph.—press association). Auckland, Last Night. In the Divorce Court John Waldron Wright (petitioner) v. Laura Wright (respondent) and Geoig© Milne (corespondent) applied by petition for decree nisi for dissolution of marriage. The decree was granted There was no appearance of the respondent or corespondent. Petitioner and respondent after their marriage separated, and respondent, although she knew her former husband was alive, married again, believing that after seven years' separation she could re-marry. Christopher Hearling (petitiioner), v. Mary Heariing (respondent) and Henry James Jerry (corespondent). Petition for decree nisi for disolution of marriage. Decree nisi granted. Hon. Sir O. M. O'Rorke, Speaker of the House of Representatives, and Hons. W. McCullagh and S. E Schrimski, Otago, left for Wellington this afternoon in the Rotoiti to attend to the Parliamentary duties. Catherine Ridley, charged with throwing vitrol on her sister, Alleu Hannah, was further remanded, as Mrs Hannah is not yet in a condition to leave the hospital. Bail was enlarged His Excellency, Lord Ranfurly, Lady Ranfurly and suite leave Auckland tomorrow morning, in the Tutanekai, for Wellington.
