PEACE CONFERENCE.
GERMANY AVERSE TO ARBITRATION. [united pbess association.] (by electric telegraph copyrioht). London, June 11. Reuter's Washington correspondent states that private advices with regaid to the proceedings at the Peace Conference show that the German representatives are markedly hostile to the principle of arbitration, and that there is grave danger of failure.
