SHIPPING CASUALITIES.

ANOTHER VESSEL OVERDUE. LOCH SLO\ DISASTER. MARINE BOARD'S FINDING. (UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.) )BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH. COPYRIGHT). (Received June 2, 9 55 a.m.) Sydney, June 3. The Union Company has chartersd the collier Seaman to replace the Ohau. Some alarm is felt for the safety of the 1700-ton steel ship Red Rock, which left Townsville on February 28th last for New Caledonia. She has not arrived yet, and re-insurance at 75 guineas per cent has been effected. Adelaide, June 2 The Marine Board has found that the wreck of the Loch Sloy was caused by an error as to the ship's position, the nonreduction of speed when land was known to be near, insufficient look-out, and unpreparedness for anchoring. The Board aleo considered that if the vessel had first been put on the port instead of the starboard tack she might have escaped. Two more bodies have been recovered.
