(Received May 19, 9.50 a.ir..). London, May 18. Her Majesty the Queen laid tbo foundation stono of the new Kensington museum, and was greeted with remarkable enthusiasm. The Prince of Wales, the Dukes of York and Cambridge, and many notable personages were present.
