AUSTRALIANS v. SOUTH OF ENGLAND. The match, South of Ehgland v. Australia, resulted in a draw. The scores were :—South of England: First innings, 246 ; second, 222. Australians : First iunings, 375. In their second innings they had scored seven runs for the less of one wicket when time was called. The match was, therefore, drawn. MATCH WITH ESSEX. [united press association].
