The Premier has written to the other Australasian Premiers, including Mr Seddon, urging the necessity ot imposing a countervailing duty on bounty fed sugars. He says that speed in adopting ooncerted action is absolutely necessary if a crisis in the Australian sugar industry is to be averted.
