The Waikato Argus Office, Wednesday. MESSRS McNICOL & CO.'S OHAUPO SALE. At Messrs McNicol and Co.'s yards on Tuesday, only a small muster of cattle were yarded, but they were all of a good quality. Dairy cows were fairly numerous, for which there was a demand for good sorts. Young calves were also in demand and sold well. The following are the quotations :—Dairy cows, from £3 to £4 14s ; springing heifers, from £2 10s to £3 6s ; empty cows, with ca'ves at foot, £2 5s ; yearling steers, from 3Js to 33s ; calves (very choice), up to 28s ; two-year-old steers, £2 9s.—(Own Correspondent).
