Dr. Gilbert-Smith, of Te Aroha, visits Morrinsville every Wednesday, and may be consulted at the Morrinsville Hotel. In this issue Messrs J. All objections must be lodged with the Town Clerk on or before noon on the 21st inst The election to fill two ordinary vacancies in the membership of the Matamata Road Board will be held at The Towe>-, Matamata, on Wednesday, May 3rd. Nominations must be in the hands of the Returning Officer by the 36th inst. A well-known journalist once said : '• It is no use to print a paper and only deliver it in the town. It must, if justice is to be done to advertisers in its columns, be put down at the settlers' doors throughout the district in which it is published." The Akqds is so dedelivered.
