The Newcastle Road Board do hereby declare, in accordance with Sub-section 10 of Section 122 of " The Public Works Act, 1894," that the ROAD between Sections Nos. 43 and 44 in the Parish of Tuhikaramea, Newcastle Road District, and being all that parcel of land in the said Parish, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 12*6 perches (more or less), commencing at the north-eastern angle of Section No. 43, bounded towards the north-east by a line 101 links, towards the south-east by a line 3074 links, towards the south-west by a line 100 links, and towards the north-west by a line 3084 links to the commencing point, is now CLOSED and from henceforth has ceased to be a public highway.
