TE AWAMUTU.
Dairy Industy.—The Te Awamutu delegates to the Waikato Milk Suppliers' Union (Messrs R. Burk 6 and J. H. Mandeno) have sent circular letters to all the local suppliers, requesting their attendance at a meetiug to be held in the Library building at 4 o'clock this afternoon (Saturday). It is understood the business of the meeting will be to consider certain proposals for next season. The fact of its being Mr Hunters' usual monthly sale day the attendance will sure to be a very large one. Band.—The town band will give an open air performance this evening, when the following selections will be rendered : —Prizequickßtep, "Sir Garnet" ; polka, "Trip, Trip"; fantasia, "Felicia"; valse, "Fair and Faithful"; gallop, " Glucklicke Stunder " ; schottische, " The Little Coquette " ; selection " Say Au Re voir " ; " God Save the Queen." It has been decided by the members to go in for uniforms.—Own Correspondent.
