If to the value of 5 per cent., no interest for one year. CONDITIONS OF TENDERS. 1. No tender below the published upset price will be considered. 2. A tender may include any number of lots, but unless the tenderer so desires ho shall not be compelled to purchase more than one lot. 3. Each tender must be accompanied by a deposit (either in cash or by marked cheque or bank draft in favour of the Assets Realisation Board) equal to 5 per cent, of the amount of the tender for each lot intended to be purchased, and if the tender for any lot is not accepted, the deposit lodged in respect thereof will be returned. 4. Within fourteen days- after the acceptance of the tender the tenderer shall sign an agreement for completion of the purchase. 5. No tender shall be withdrawn for a period of fourteen days after the date of closing of the tenders. 6. The highest or any tender not necessarily accepted. 7. The title is under the Land Transfer Act. 8. All mineral rights are reserved. 9. Forms of tender and plans can be obtained from, and copies of the agreement for completion of purchase inspected at, the respective offices of the Bank of New Zealand at Hamilton, Cambridge, Te Awamutu, Ohinemuri and Thames ; Mr Wallace, Huntly ; and from Mr A.
