ITALY'S CLAIMS. [united press association], (by electric teleob4ph—copyright). Berlin, March 1. Hu Yu Fen, who was dismissed from the directorate of the Northern China railways, has been acquitted of the charges of maladministration brought against him. London, March 2. A Reuter message states that Italy has demanded the leafle of Sansin Bay, near Ningpo. Two Italian warships are on the way to China, and three others follow shortly. Pekin, March 2. Italy has made a demand for a sphere covering the southern twothirds of Chekiang, with preferential concessions and the cession of three islands. Britain supports Italy's claim.
