(by electric TELEGRAPH. COPYRIGHT)' Calcutta, February 15. A PLAGUE panic prevails on the South Kolas goldfields. Two thousand five hundred coolies have bolted.
Plague mortality is increasing in Bombay province, but out of 7000 inoculated cases there has been only one death.
