THE DREYFUS CASE.

[united feess association]. (by eleutkio tklegrajh—copyright.) Paris, February 11. The Chamber of Deputies, after a tame discussion, ratified M. Lebret's Bill by 332 votes to 216. M. Dupuy, the Premier, has threatened to resign. The British and Continental and the leading Paris newspapers deplore the Bill as an interference with justice. Though many influential moderate Eepubliaans signed the protest against M. Lebret's Bill, none of them participated in the discussion in the Chamber of Deputies. The committee's report on M. Lebret's Bill has been published. It states that if the Bill passed it would shatter the whole judicial organisation. London, February 10. The Times says it is clear that the charges preferred by M. Beaurepaire against the judges of the Court of Cassation are puerile.
