♦ THE SOUTH TASMANUN MATCH. A DRAWN GAME. The South Tasmaniau match was resumed at Hobart on Tuesday. The fielding of the New Zealand!-rs was quite a revelation, but their bowling was not fo good. Prankish was decidedly off colour. The Tasmanians were unable to get the team to play a third day, and the match was consequently drawn. The scores are:— New Zealand —First Innings. The New South Wales Ciicket Association has recommended the Selection Committee to include some of the colts who have not taken part in intercolonial matches this season in the team to play against the New Zexlandcrs.
