THE DREYFUS CASE.

The Committee, on procedure of Chamber of Deputies, rejected by nine votes to two the Bill to give effect to the report of Mazen upon the bearing of the Dreyfus Revisiou Bill. The Committee decided, the report together with depositions of witnesses examined before the Court, be published. M. Dwpuy declared his intention to make the Bill a question of sonfidence in the Ministry.
