THE DREYFUS CASE.

The Ministry have been interpellated in the Chamber of Deputies with reference to the secret dossier which is calculated to affect the security of the Btate if withheld from the Court of Cassation. M. Brisson denied that the security of the Stato was affected, hence his asking for a revision of the case. M. Cavaignac said the Government saw only what they chose. Other documents showed the guilt of Dreyfus. A vote of confidence in the Ministry was carried by, a large majority. London, December 20. The Paris correspondent of the Times states that M. de Freycinet withholds another secret dossier which was not shown to the court-martial. It does not affect the Dreyfus case, but proves Bussian espionage with a view of securing patterns of a quickfiring cannon. The Times, commenting on the CBse, says the Dreyfus inquiry is undergoing a mischievous reaction. M. Dupuy and M. de Freycinet are congcious of the danger of a full .disclosure.
