Messrs MeNicol and Co. advertises their next Ohaupo sale. Mr C. Boyee, Cambiidge, invites inspection of his stock of fancy confectionery and fancy goods suitable for Christinas, and New Year cards. On our front page Messrs Kempthorne, Prosser and Co. have a new advertisement, re Surprise Island guano, which they offer at £3 16s per ton, less the usual discount of 2-J per cent. It is claimed for this manure that it is the " cheapest lino on the market," and mixed with pure bonedust and super, it is excelleut for turnips.
