A gentleman's mackintosh has been lost between Te Kowlmi and Ngaruawahia. A reward is offered for the recovery of a buy cob, lust on Tuesday last, in Hamilton. A number of horses is impounded at Hamilton, and will be sold on Saturday, <!4th and 31st December, if not realised. Tenders are invited up to Tuesday next for carrying and delivering The Waikato Akuos between Hamilton and Cambridge. Messrs McNicol and Co. advertise fresh sales for Waihou and Rangi'M'i, and additional entries for their Cambridge sale. If you advertise it gives your place a reputation around ; folks will crowd tn your warehouse and keep you lively. If you don't want to do anything keep as still as you can.—C. F.
