A man, named Schneider, has been sentenced to death for burning abater, named Barnd, to death in an oven. France has allowed the date for the ratification of the Nijzer Convention to pass'without ratifying it. Several deaths are occurring daily at Tamatavefrom plague. Europeans are not attacked by the disease. A team of Indian cricketers visits England in 1900.
