(by telegraph—press association). Accklakd, Last Night. Five and a-hilt tons from the Tokatea Consols yielded £IBO worth of gold. To-day the members of the Auckland Board of Conciliation concluded their Conference on the matters in the dispute between the Aucklaud Operative Bootmakers' Industrial Onion and the master bootmakers The Board, under the presidency of the Rev. A. H. Collies, went very fully into the statement and its clauses, and has now drawn up a statement based on the evidence brought before it. This statement will be submitted to employers and operatives for their consideration. It is proposed to have a Conference of the Board and representatives of both sides on the question on Wednesday afternoon.
