The overtime work at the arsenal at Sheerness, which has been in force since the war rumours, has ceased. The first watches of the crews of the Channel Squadron have received ten days' leave. Mr W. T. Stead, of tbe Review of Reviews, denies that the Czar's Disarmanent Conference has been postponed. He is organising an AngloAmerican agitation in favour of disarmament.
