[united press association.] (by electric telegraph—copyright) . (Received December 14, 9.35 a.m.) Sydney, December 14. The Coal-lumpors' Union have all the wharves closely picketed. A gang of non-unionists were engaged to coal the Star of Victoria, but the Unionists gathered in force and the non-unionists failed to keep their engagements. A number of other vessels are being worked by men engaged through the new bureau. The Seamen's Union has decided, if requested, to take the place of lumpers who refuse.
