N.Z. RIFLE ASSOCIATION MEETING.
(BY TELEGRAPH.—I'RESS ASSOCIATION;. Wanganui, Last Night. THE programme for the Rifle Association meeting, beginning on Feb ruary 23rd, will be similar to that of last year. The entry for the teams' match has been reduced to £3, and bigger prizes will be offered for the same, in order to encourage more entries. A tournament for mounted corps will take place during the meeting. The North v. South Island match will be revived, and the commandant has sanctioned firiDg for it with S'OZ MartiniEnfields. A ladies' match will also be included in the programme. Three ranges are available within a radius of three miles from the Post-office, and a site will be definitely chosen shortly.
