KIRIKIRIROA ROAD BOARD.

The usual meeting of the Kirikitiroa Road Board was held at the Council Chambers, Hamilton East, yesterday. There were present : Messrs F. R. Seddou, M. G. T. Patcrson and Jno. Primrose. —ln the absence of Mr John Gordon, Mr Primrose was voted to the chair. New Member.—The Clerk introduced Mr M. G. Farter, the newly-elected member of the Board, who took his seat. Noxious Weeds.—The Clerk was instruotcd to serve furze notices on several property-owners who had neglected to clear their frontages. Rate Roll.—The Assets Realisation Board, Wellington, wrote, informing the Board that Mr John McCaw was the Board's representative, and asking to have his name inserted on the rate roll for their properties. Foreman of Works.—The Foreman of Works in his report detailed the various works executed since last meeting. FINANCE. —The Clerk reported that the Board had a credit balance of £2B 15s 7d, but that the accounts to pay totalled £2B 17s, which left a small debit balance. Accounts, —The following accounts were passed for payment: —J. Franklin, £9 ; M. Kicley, £3 10s ; C. Wallace, £S 17e ; Clerk, £7 10s ; total, £2S 17s, Next Meeting.—lt was decided to allow the January meeting to lapse.
