OHAUPO.
Cbeamerv.— Our local creamery is now in full suing, and the supply is close on SOO gallons daily, with a prospect of a further increase. Opinions are very much divided re the action of the Union, tome holding that the suppliers ought to have been consulted refore co-operati&n was taken into consideration ; but all agree that the Union has been productive of good, as it shows that the producers the raw material are not to be tiifle-i \ with, and from all I can gather, Mty Spragg need not be too sure of having it all his own way. There is one thing certain, those who own creameries of their own can sell to the highest bidder, and I don't see any reason why other districts could nut do the ;same as Oliaupo, and build their factories on the co-operative principle. —(Own Correspondent).
