It is whispered that the Parisian paper, " La Fronde,", which is managed exclusively by women, is too dull and serious. To remedy this, two other papers, also managed by women, are to be started. One will be called "Regeneration" and the other " Francaise." Apparently, whatever else the New Woman may be, she is not to bo " serious," which is just what some farsighted folk have said allong.
