RANGIAOHIA ROAD BOARD.

The usual monthly meeting of the above Board was held on Saturday. There were present: Messrs W. H. Mandeno (chairman), R. Kay, M. Turney, and Geo. McKinder. Martin's Cutting.—The clerk was directed to write and inform Messrs Clark and King that this contract was now completed and paid for, and request payment of their share of the cost as per agreement. Ingham's Hill.—lt was resolved that Mr H. Ingham's offer to cut down this hill at per yard be accepted. Back Funiit Road.—Mr McKinder was authorised to expend £6 in completing work on this road. Furze.—The clerk was instructed to send notice re clearing furze to Mr Helmore. Tenders. —It was decided to call for tenders for forming 100 chains, more or less, on Mr O'Connor's back road. Accounts. —The following accounts were parsed for payment: Messrs McNaul Bros., £23 7s; J. Clark, 12s ; Bearsley and Bygrave, £ls Ss lOd ; R. Cunningham, £2 17s 6d ; total, £42 5a 4d.
