(BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH—COPYRIGHT). Washington, November 7. The disastrous gas explosion, referred to in yesterday's cablegrams, ruined the central aud eastern portions of the Capitol of Washington, and the judicial records from 1792 to 1832 were destroyed. The damage is estimated at 1,200,000 dollars.
