CYCLING COMPETITION HANDICAP.
THE following handicaps have been declared for the One Mile 'Cyclists' Competition (under the auspices of the Waikato A.A. and C. Club :—O. L. Inues, scr. ; H. A. Coates, scr. ; C. C. Cox, scr. ; W. Dey, osec ; A. E. Coomber, Ssec. ; F. Hobbs, Ssec. ; C. Blackburn, lOsec; R. W. Lye, 12scc.; W. King, I2sec. ; H. W. Salmon, Usee. ; J. McCormish, 15sec. The above competition is open for one month from 10th inst., and competitors must notify the secretary as to what date they intend to make an attempt to lower the previous best time for that distance, so that timekeepers may be present. Tuesday and Friday in each week are the evenings set apart for the trials.
