Nomination, 3s ; acceptance, 4s. . CONDITIONS. Nominations for Hurdles, Maiden Plate, Cup, Maori Race, and Flying Stakes to be in the hands of the Secretary by 8 p.m. on THURSDAY, November 24th. Weights will appear on SATURDAY,' December 3rd. Acceptances to be declared before 8 p.m. on SATURDAY, December 10th. Five per cent, will be deducted from all stakes for improvements to course. Nominations and acceptances must be accompanied by the necessary amount in cash. Nominators must enter description of horses, performances and colours of their riders. Any jockey riding except in colours entered will be fined 2sovs. No entry will be received for any race except en the condition that all disputes, claims and objections arising from the carrying out of this programme shall be decided by a majority of the stewards or whoever they may appoint, their decision on all points connected with the carrying eut of this programme to be final.
