CABLE SUMMARY.
Mr W. J. Galloway, member of the House of Commons for Manchester South-west, has sailed for New Zealand for the purpose of studying, the effects of old age pensions and friendly societies legislation. The death is announced at Maita of Lieutenant the Hon. Edward George Boyle, son of the Earl of Glasgow. Mr Knowlton, a Brooklyn millionaire, has committed suicide by shooting himself.
