DEFEAT OP A DERVISH FOKCE.
(r.Y ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH.—COPYBIGHT). Cairo, October 24. Reports from the Soudan state that Abdul Rahman Ahammer, a chief friendly to the British defeated a force of dervishes in the Oradurman district, and captured the Khalifa's cousin, Saleb Hamadon and ten emirs.
