CAPE POLITICS.

Mb Scureiner (the Premier) in the Legislative Assembly, denied that his attitude is a retrograde one, and says that Rhodesia need have no fear of antagonism from the Government. He hoped to see improved relations between the sister States, and a contribution made to the Imperial Navy. It was not intended to proceed with the. Redistribution of Seats Bill. Mr Cecil Rhodes said the Opposition would insist on redistribution to remove the existing anomalies.
