Howard Gould, third sou of the late Jay Gould, disregarding his family's wishes, has married Miss Clemmons, an actress. He forfeits a fortune of 6,000,000 dollars. The Daily Chronicle states that in 1870 Rougemont was an employee of Sir Wm. Robinson, then Governor of West Australia.
