THE CONFERENCE. (BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH— COPYRIGHT). Ottawa, October 7. The Commission convened at Quebec to arrive at a settlement of the differences between Canada and America will reassemble at Washingtan in November. It has disposed of the questions of secondary importance, and discussed the question of freetrade between the two countries respecting agricultural and animal products, and many manufactured articles.
