RAROTONGA.
(BY TELEGRAPH- PBKBS ASSOCIATION). Auckland, Last Night. THK Arikis of Rarotonga have drawn up a reply to Queeti Victoria's proclamation, in which they deny that they listened to mischief-makers. On the contrary, it wis Mr Moss who listened to the mischief-makers and people who only work for their own good and 'lot for the good of all They added that Col. Gudgeon could rely on the cooil will of the inhabitants of the Cook !*• lands group to support him in carrying out good laws.
