(BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH—COPYRIGHT). (Received September 16, 9.30 a.m.) Sydney, September 16. THE CENSURE DEBATE. Mr Lyne's motion of censure was negatived by 58 to 54. Three Ministerial supporters were absent. Mr Reid considers the result a fair majority, and states the Opposition having raised no objection to the federal resolution, but ouly to the method of procedure, are now able to give all their co-operation with regard to the federation resolutions, which will be proceeded with next week.
MINERS' TROUBLES. Newcastle, September 16. The Miners' Delegate Board has recommended that the district lodges reject che proprietors' promised agreement.
