(BY TELEGRAPH—-PRESS ASSOCIATION). Waijii, Last Night. At the Warden's Court, Waibi, in the case James Woods v. Waitekauri Goldmining Company (Limited), a claim for £7oo damages for the death of the claimant's son, whilst working in the company's battery, the Warden delivered judgment to-day. He held that the accident occurred through the negligence of the company, and awarded damages for £IXO and costs.
